By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the services or underlying systems.

Night Watch Systems may send operational SMS text messages to users who provide their phone number and consent to receive such communications.

Night Watch Systems services are provided “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information received through our services before acting on it. AI-generated summaries and call transcripts are provided as operational tools and may not capture every detail accurately.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Night Watch Systems and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Night Watch Systems in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
