• To configure and personalize your AI receptionist deployment

• To detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents and abuse
• To process payments and manage billing
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

Night Watch Systems sends SMS text messages to business users who provide their phone number and consent to receive operational messages as part of the service.

We only send SMS messages to users who have provided explicit consent when enrolling in the service. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Night Watch Systems.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in consent or mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with third-party service providers who help us operate the service, and only to the extent necessary to do so. These providers may include:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
• Communications providers (voice, SMS, and telephony platforms)
• Analytics and monitoring services

• CRM, workflow automation, and customer support tools

Call summaries and operational records are retained to support ongoing service delivery and may be retained for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit, and routine security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and do not warrant that your information will be free from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

• To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from us.
• To unsubscribe from email communications, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly.
• To request deletion of your personal information, contact us at ops@nightwatch-systems.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Night Watch Systems is a business-to-business service and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
